- Who we are. Happy Threads Pakistan, Karachi.
- Prices. All prices are in Pakistani rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery is charged separately as shown at checkout.
- Orders. An order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation by email or WhatsApp. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, and will refund anything already paid.
- Handmade variation. Each piece is made by hand. Small differences in size, colour and expression from the photograph are normal and are not defects.
- Made to order. Items marked “Made to order” are crocheted after you order and take 10 to 15 working days before dispatch.
- Payment. Cash on delivery. Cash-on-delivery orders refused at the door may not be accepted for future cash-on-delivery.
- Delivery and returns. As described on our Shipping and Returns pages, which form part of these terms.
- Safety. Our toys are crocheted from cotton thread. Items with small parts are not suitable for children under 3.
- Content. Photographs and text on this site belong to Happy Threads Pakistan and may not be reused without permission.
- Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
