We check every piece before it goes out, but if something is wrong we will put it right.
- Damaged or wrong item: message us on WhatsApp with a photo within 3 days of delivery. We will collect it and send a replacement at no charge, or refund you if we cannot replace it.
- Changed your mind: unused items in original condition can be exchanged within 7 days. Return courier cost is on the customer.
- Cannot be returned: custom or personalised pieces, made-to-order items, and items that have been washed or used.
- Refunds, where given, are paid by bank transfer within 7 working days of the item reaching us.
